DPF’s Team Up : Rise Up Initiative Sets The Standards For The Future of Engineering

As part of DPF Engineering’s ongoing personal development planning for team members, the whole company took part in an internal campaign to encourage feedback and generate ideas on how to make DPF an even better place to work.

Under the theme of Team Up : Rise Up everyone, including the management team, took part in a one-to-one interview conducted by Proactive Design & Marketing. These interviews explored what DPF stands for now and what the vision for the future should be. The results of the individual interviews and the larger focus groups highlighted a host of new initiatives to further improve quality and build a stronger foundation for the imminent growth of the company as the aviation industry returns to full capacity. Managing Director, Seamus Lancaster, commented “The slogan Team Up : Rise Up was so appropriate for the initiative, as we have always had quality and teamwork at the core of everything we do at DPF. Having the slogan on a 20ft poster in the workshop is a daily reminder to value our colleagues and appreciate that the outputs of a good team will always surpass those of an individual.”
