The training which teaches participants the core tools of Six Sigma so that they can play a vital role in the process, data inspection or project management was coached by Lean Business Systems a leading provider of coaching and training in this area.

This training by DPF is part of a continuous programme of improving the skills of all teams members to improve services to customers and provide opportunities for team members to develop within the business.

A Green Belt is someone who has at least three years of work experience who wants to demonstrate their knowledge of Six Sigma tools and processes. Six Sigma is a quality control method that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variation while improving production processes for guaranteed quality. Lean Green Belt training confirms a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
